Re
Finding the right specialist

One specific problem. The right specialist to look at it.

What we help with

Provider due diligence

Checking a provider before you rely on it.

For owners and directors about to use, or already relying on, a labour-supply, umbrella or payroll provider.

We start with
A conversation about the provider and what you need to know before you rely on it.
Then
An introduction to a suitable qualified specialist, if you want one.
What it is not
An accreditation of the provider, or legal, tax or accounting advice from Kingsway.

Also handled the same way

  • Finance support

Finance-director support or a health check.

When the numbers arrive late, the cash forecast is a guess or a lender wants more than you can show. Start with a conversation about finance-director support or a financial health check.

If you want, we introduce a suitable provider. A health check is not a statutory audit.

    More about finance support
  • Process improvement

A process that costs time or creates risk.

Timesheets to payroll, starter records or another routine where details are rekeyed, chased or go wrong. We talk it through and, if it helps, introduce someone experienced in that process.

Not a software sale or a rebuild.

    Ask about process improvement

Not sure which fits? Describe it briefly

Three steps. You decide at each one.

  1. 01

    Tell us the problem.

A short conversation. A sentence is enough to begin.

    Your decision

Whether it is worth taking further.

  2. 02

    Hear who could help.

If a provider fits what you need, we say who and why.

    Your decision

    Whether you want an introduction.

  3. 03

    Meet the provider.

We introduce you. Any work is agreed between you and them, on their terms.

    Your decision

Whether to go ahead with them.

Straight answers

Who does the work, and what we don’t do.

Who actually does the work?

A suitable qualified provider, if you want an introduction to one. Kingsway’s part is the first conversation and the introduction.

Are you accountants, lawyers or tax advisers?

No. If a problem needs that kind of advice, we say so, and you instruct a professional directly.

Can you guarantee an HMRC or compliance outcome?

No. Nobody can promise how HMRC or a regulator will view an arrangement, and an introduction is not a certificate.
